1. Operations Manager
Job Description:
We have created the role of Operations Manager to support the ongoing development of Be Kind Movement. The post holder will work closely with our Founder and Board of Trustees and will be responsible for the daily coordination and management of our activities across the charity. We are looking for a hands-on, effective, versatile and self-motivated generalist who enjoys a diverse workload and is open to the challenge of supporting the Be Kind Movement to evolve and grow over the coming years.
Key Responsibilities
● To oversee the smooth running of Be Kind Movement including key administrative, HR and governance functions.
● To work closely with the Founder and Board and take forward agreed priorities and tasks supporting the strategic objectives of the Be Kind Movement.
● To drive and support the operations, fundraising and marketing functions of the organisation.
● To undertake other work as necessary as required by the role.
Daily rate: £250.00
Time Commitment: 1 day p/w
Job Duration: 6-8 months
2. Fundraising Manager
Job Description:
The role of the Fundraising Manager will be to support the ambitious plans and growth of the charity. The post holder will work closely with our Founder and Board of Trustees and be responsible for leading Be Kind Movement’s fundraising activities. We are looking for a hands-on, effective, versatile and self-motivated individual with a proven fundraising track record who is open to the challenge of supporting the charity to evolve and grow over the coming years.
Key Responsibilities
● Build and lead a fundraising volunteering team working closely with the Volunteer Manager
● Identify community fundraising opportunities and lead events and activities
● Review existing cases for support materials for corporates; help identify new corporates and explore collaborations
● Build existing donor pipeline and identify new pipeline
● To undertake other work as necessary as required by the role.
Daily rate: £300.00
Time Commitment: 1 day p/w
Job Duration: 6-8 months
